I called My Hot Yoga about this offer. The earliest class is 5:45am & the last class is at 7:15pm. There are several class options: Yoga Bikini Camp, Hot 75, Deep Stretch & Power 60. Once you sign up & are in the system, you can go to the site to schedule when you want to go. The max class size is 30, so if you know you want a specific class that day, you can sign up online to guarantee your spot. They said 40% of the class are beginners, so we won't be alone.
